Research On Special Private Compulsory Education's Characteristic Of Famous Schools Runing Private Schools

In recent years,private compulsory education has developed rapidly,and its development mode is more and more diversified."Famous schools run private schools" is an important form in the development of private schools,which plays an important role in optimizing educational resources and improving teaching quality.Paying attention to the development of "famous schools run private schools" in compulsory education stage is of great significance to encourage,support and guide the sustainable and healthy development of high-quality private education.Starting from the private education,this paper focuses on the private education mode of "famous schools run private schools",studies and analyzes the current situation of "famous schools run private schools" at home and abroad and the theoretical basis of "famous schools run private schools".Taking X school as the case of "famous school running private school",this paper studies the characteristic school running of teaching,scientific research,education management,curriculum setting and campus culture by means of preliminary investigation,questionnaire survey and interview,and summarizes the successful experience of the school in a short time: joint school running with famous school,promoting characteristics with culture;education concept first,independent exploration of characteristics;innovative education The mode of human is characterized by mode,and the management mechanism is reformed to highlight the characteristics of management.At the same time,the article found that the characteristics of "famous schools run private schools" exist some problems,such as imperfect laws and policies,unstable teaching staff,lack of guarantee of system management and so on.This paper holds that the practice of running X school is the epitome of the development of private compulsory education schools in China,and the problems existing in the development of X school are also the common problems existing in private compulsory education schools in China.It is not only the attempt of X school,but also the direction of the development of private compulsory education school in the future.At the end of the paper,based on the case study of X school,the author analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the suggestions of "promoting the integration and system management of the balanced development of public and private education,and encouraging the development of diversity".
