It is an important driving force and an only way for the development ofvocational education of our country that the industry associations participate in thevocational education training.Basing on the analysis to the current situation and the summary to experienceand enlightenment of the vocational education training mode with industryassociations participating and combining the actual situation of industry associationsand vocational education, this paper expounds the problems existing in the vocationaleducation training mode with industry associations participating and analyzes thecauses of the problems. Such as the lack participation for fuzzy positioning, inflexiblefor dogmatism and administrative intervention, insufficient strength,depth and breadthfor the low enthusiasm and the short-sighted vocational education training for theinterests of market economy.In view of the current problems existing in the vocational education trainingmode with industry associations participating,the following suggestions are putforward.firstly, cooperation must be strengthened between industry associations andvocational colleges in personnel training, specialty, base and teaching staffconstruction; secondly, coordinating industry associations and enterprises to exactlyreflect the talents requirements of enterprises, guarantee the interests of enterprises,lay down effectively regulations and create a fair competition environment; thirdly,setting up interactive platform between vocational colleges and industry associationsto realize the benign interaction. The industry associations should ensure the demandsof enterprises and reflect it to vocational schools, then promote the industryassociations and vocational schools to make a project about talents training and makesure smooth communication.; which in turn, Attaching great importance to thefunctions of guidance and assessment, perfecting the professional qualificationstandards, the professional qualification certificate system and skills assessmentsystem and building the inspection system combing schools and abroad; Finally,Breaking the trade barriers to promote the effective the allocation of resource and therational flow of talents.
