Technical skills talents play an important role in promoting scientific and technological innovation and facilitating the commercialization of research findings.At present,with the profound restructuring of the economy and the continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial iterations,the structural problems of higher education are becoming more and more prominent.The chronic problem of "two skins" between talent training specification and industrial demand urgently requires innovation of talent training mode and service supplying method of colleges and universities.There is a need to seamlessly link educational content with social needs to effectively improve the suitability of human resources.Higher vocational education plays an inestimable role in the modern vocational education system,which is responsible for providing high-quality technical talents for economic development.Therefore,under the historical background that the government strongly promotes the integration of industry and education,it is of great importance to probe into the training mode of technical talents in higher vocational colleges for promoting the benign interaction between the training of talents and the demand of industry.Technical skills talents are those who have certain theoretical knowledge and operational skills or have obtained relevant vocational and technical qualifications,and are able to apply the theory well in the actual operation process,and thus make certain contributions to the upgrading and development of industries.Technical skills talents have three major characteristics: high comprehensive vocational education,distinctive vocational characteristics and outstanding practical skills,which determine the special characteristics of cultivating such talents.With the synergy theory and stakeholder theory as the full-text theoretical support and the comprehensive use of literature research,survey research and other methods,the purpose is to understand the new requirements of the development of the integration of industry and education on the training mode of technically skilled talents,explore the situation of the training mode of technically skilled talents in higher vocational institutions in practice,analyze the current defects and their causes,then put forward targeted suggestions for the optimization of the training mode of talents.Taking the e-commerce major of X higher vocational college as an example,a survey and research on the teachers and students of this major found that the training mode of technical skills talents is faced with such problems as the deviation of educational idea,the systematic insufficiency of training process,the imperfection of teaching operation and management system,and the singleness of examination and evaluation system,etc.The root cause is that the goal of talent training does not fit the needs of enterprises,the participation of industrial enterprises is insufficient,the financial support is not enough and the talent training and management system is not suitable.On the basis of in-depth and systematic analysis of the characteristics of domestic and foreign training models for technical talents and scientific reference of their successful experiences,and combining with the reality of China,it is pointed out that the mode of training technical talents should be reformed and innovated in such aspects as optimizing the goal of training talents,enriching the process of training talents,improving the system of training talents,and promoting the diversification of talents training and evaluation,improving the quality of talents training comprehensively. |
