In order to examine the relationship among people, technology, and education from the philosophy of phenomenological technology.we need to study and tidy the development history of phenomenological technology philosophy. We find the integrating point between them and regard it as the theoretical foundation of the research. The research idea of this thesis is to investigate the development of phenomenological technology philosophy and analyze the multiple relationship among man, technology and the world. And then, we place in education field to make efforts to eliminate complex alienation factors through the integrating point among people, education and technology.In the world of technology, technology plays a role of affecting the world and permeate in each corner of the world. Husserl’s classical phenomenology "Return to things themselves" opens the door for the study of the philosophy of phenomenological technology, which makes intentionality cognitive to the world. Heidegger’s phenomenology treats the technology as a whole, including its consequences of developing. Ihde’s philosophy of phenomenological technology pays more attention to the specific technology we use in daily life. Philosophy of phenomenological technology is devoted to study the relationship among human, technology and the world. Under this view, relationship among the three shows a diversity and closely linked to internal structure. People, technology and the world make mutual connection and mutual balance. Any single factor determinism breaks the original equilibrium stability, which will make the the development of the relationship go to the trend of alienation.In the world of education field with its own characteristics, technology alienation is inevitable. Technology is regarded as the link between people and education. People are considered as the integrating point between education and technology. Due to the expansion of the technical explicit features as the essence of man, subjective characteristics are more and more obvious, which makes the purpose of the education and the value pursuit of people more and more fuzzy and goes forwards to alienation.In allusion to the solution of the trouble relationship among people, technology and education, cultural value dimensions needs to include and fundamentally calls for culture to make the culture osmotic. And in the practice, this must be based on the foundation of a reasonable interactive fusion concept of education technology, Technology should play the regulatory role of intermediary and construct a kind of ecological development of the relationship among people, technology and education.The philosophy of phenomenological technology is a kind of methodology, The perfect fusion of technology and education is the exact answer or process of solving the problem, but the analysis of the relationship among the people, technology and education from the perspective can broaden research thought and cope with problems that may occur. From the relationship between man and technology to the relationship between man and education, the ecological, friendly and sustainable relationship can be constructed through the regulatory intermediary role of the technology.
