With the rapid development of China’s economy, tennis has gradually been known to everyone, start into the current public health campaign in the past, but our tennis started late, especially the cultivation of junior tennis players, our young tennis Training is still in continuous exploration and attempts at reform stage, and the United States youth culture system has been relatively complete, with a complete training system junior tennis players. Taking tennis culture of adolescents in China as the research object, the use of literature, questionnaire method, comparative analysis, the study of mathematical analysis, case analysis, trying to Sino-US junior tennis training system in the management structure, training case, a brief analysis of the competition situation, combined with the actual development of our young tennis identify our strengths and weaknesses in terms of adolescent tennis players training. And reached the following conclusions:(1) With the deepening reform of tennis, training young tennis players have achieved some success, but compared with the US, China has not yet formed a sound youth tennis players training system. Management (2) tennis is highly concentrated in government at all levels is a distinctive feature of the nationwide system, which provides important support for the training of manpower and material resources of junior tennis players, however, the athletes train social marketization the extent and the United States there is still a gap.(3) our young tennis players focus on basic skills training exercise at a young age have mastered the more comprehensive and stable tennis technical movements, but compared with the United States, technical style of our athletes are not distinctive; physical training of athletes forming a pattern of no; children training emphasis on the initiation stage is not enough.(4) Compared with the United States, the number of organized international youth tennis tournament is relatively small, especially athletes have fewer opportunities to go abroad to participate in the competition, which leads to a lack of juvenile tennis players game experience international competition, the impact of the competitive level of their own play.
