The first-year Olympic cycle (preparation period) winter training is the cycle of four years beginning, athletes establish a new balance at a higher level of adaptation, guarantee the effective convergence before and after the big cycle training process, has an extremely important significance. This research uses the literature material method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis of the first year of the London and The Rio Olympic cycle winter training effect were analyzed, combine with the training arrangement for further discussion. Hope that through the evaluation and comparison of two Winter training effect analysis, summarized Modern Pentathlon Olympic cycle in the first year of successful experience and lack of winter training, for the future more scientific arrangement of winter training, provide a reference to improve the training effect. Result as follows:(1) 2009 winter training for 121.8 hours,2013 winter training for 140.4 hours. two winter training of physical training time basically the same. 2009 winter training, maximal oxygen uptake intensity, Edurance lactic acid and acid peak intensity is 29.3% higher in 2013 winter, low intensity aerobic training0.04% more than in 2013. Anaerobic threshold intensity training is 34% less than 2013 winter winter.(2)Two years training, ventilatory anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake, ventilatory anaerobic threshold relative oxygen uptake, there was a very significant difference (P <0.01 = 0.00),2009 winter training , ventilatory anaerobic threshold time has a very significant difference (P <0.01 = 0.00), continued running total time there was a significant difference (P<0.05 = 0.016), the maximum heart rate, the relative value of the peak power and mean power, fatigue index there is no significant difference.2013 winter training, ventilatory anaerobic threshold time, total running time, maximum heart rate, he relative value of the peak power and mean power, fatigue index there is no significant difference.(3)2009 compared with the 2013 Winter, oxygen uptake ventilatory anaerobic threshold, ventilatory anaerobic threshold time, ventilatory anaerobic threshold relative oxygen uptake there is a very significant difference (P<0.01 = 0.00), total running time, peak power is relatively values are significantly different (P<0.05 = 0.19), maximum heart rate, the relative value of mean power, fatigue index no significant difference.(4)Swimming takes no significant difference, Combined Event in 2013 winter did not significantly change but in 2009 winter training significantly difference (P< 0.05 = 0.04).CONCLUSIONS:(1)Two Winter training goals are to improve aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Two physical training project is basically the same class proportion. 2009 Winter training is less than the total time in 2013, influenced by the training ground, and plateaus special environmental stimuli, training arrangements are more single, mainly in high-intensity training session in the negative to low-intensity aerobic exercise recovery mode.(2) Two winter training in improving the effect of aerobic capacity, Swim, Combine Event performance effect is significantly, impact on the effectiveness of anaerobic capacity is any significant difference. Winter 2009 and Winter 2013 compared improve aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, Swim and Combine Event was more positive results. The reason for this discrepancy may be related to the training environment.
