Research purposes:Though controling of lined of some indexes in the LoHi training,such as:HR,SpO2 in the physical exercise,Hb,RBC and BL after training.ect.At the same time to discuss hypoxic stimulus six male athletes of physiology reaction characteristics and adapt to the disciplines, to improve men’s modern pentathlon athletes aerobic ability to incul excellent results provide theoretical basis.Research object:as the research object,three people for the international masters and three human masters.Experimental methods:Requiring six athletes take part in hypoxic training at 2p.m. each of Monday,Wednesday and friday in the Beijing sport university research center,with hypoxic exposure environment using 15.8% oxygen concentration (equivalent to an altitude of 2500meters in height),60-150 minutes at a time,a total of three weeks.Campaign monitor athletes during SPO2, through individual SPO2 to control athletes running speed,make the body of the SPO2 maintain at 85% to 90%; The rest of the time in normoxic exercise. Blood routine indexes (RBC, Hb and so on)test for Monday morning, fasting venous blood was drawn, the warehouse after one weeks of the test track. Aiming to minimize error, each test all use the same set of test personnel, training respectively, after the experiment, a former coach arrangement.Result:During the hypoxic training:(1) Compared with before LoHi training,Compared with before LoHi training were BL after 200 free style training increasedobviously(p<0.05).(2)ComparedwithbeforeLoHi,VT—V,VT-HR,Vo2,Vo2max were obvious increased after training (p<0.05);as well as Vo2% increased, but no significant changes(p>0.05)during entire training course.(3) Compared with pre-training,HRwere introduced adaption changes in endurance exercise and anaerobic exercise.(4) ThroughSpO2 analysis and control, Three-week hypoxic training for athletes aerobic capaticy was obvious effective. (5)Compared with before hypoxic training,RBC was very significant highter After a week of LoHi(p<0.01),changes rate for 9.6%.(6)Compared with before lohi,Hb was significant increased(p<0.05),changes rate for 9.6%. (7) Six players 200 free style performance significantly increased during the 3-week LoHi training(p<0.05),at the same time,the achievement was significant higher that achieved11.88% totally.Conclusions:(1)3 weeks of LoHi improved training capacity under hypoxic exposure environment in male modern pentathlon athletes including basic aerobic ability and anaerobic ability at high load.(2) 200 free style achievement for modern pentathlon players was significant higher totally.It was expressed that its rely on aerobic ability was strength and main phvsiological indexes was developed during the entire training course.
