Modern pentathlon is a fencing,swimming,riding,running,shooting of five individual a comprehensive sports,is also a comprehensive competitive ability of sports reflect the human body.With the improvement of modern pentathlon competition level,the system scientific and effective training is the only way to improve the modern pentathlon result.Largest winter training period training load in the annual training plan and training period the longest one stage.For a long time,the training of the winter training period has been an increase performance and competitive ability of the key links and attaches great importance to by coaches.In this paper,using the survey method,measurement method,expert interview and case analysis,the research methods,such as women's modern pentathlon team athletes in jiangsu province in the run-up to the 13 th national winter training plan and some biochemical indicators were studied,the purpose lies in the analysis of jiangsu women's modern pentathlon athletes in training(guangzhou eight weeks)before the winter training plan formulation and implementation of the basic model.Explore the scientific training plan before the winter.On this basis,the improvement and breakthrough to provide theoretical reference.The results showed that:1.women's modern pentathlon team in jiangsu province in the run-up to the 13 th national games the winter training
