The Study On The Application Of Ideologocal And Political Work In The Potection Of Rights And Interests Of "Married Women"

The problem of the security of the rights and interests of "Married Women" increasingly causes the attention of people in the urbanization background. The great changes of rural social interests structure caused by urbanization become the direct reason of the problem of the security of rights and interests. In the adjustment of rural interests pattern, the income ways and identity change of peasants affect the structure of rural society enormously. However, because of a certain lag, China’s laws, policies, petition systems and identity change are not with the adapting to the changes. Due to theit not safeguarding the rights and interests of "Married Women", these systems caused the increasing problems of "Married Women" rights and interests and caused the increasing conflict between the village committees, grass-roots governments and "Married Women". Furthermore, because the single society system emphasizes the influence of rules and the villagers’self-government system is not perfect, the problem of the security of the rights and interests of "Married Women" caused the confrontation situation between feudal ideology, folk laws and modern civilization, state laws. Therefore, the grass-roots governments is brought into a dilemma.This paper treats Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example and it investigates the present situation of the security of the rights and interests of "Married Women" of that, from the visual angle of the ideological and political work and through the way of collecting literature dates and the field investigation. It analyses the problem of "Married Women" rights and interests security and concludes the ideological and political work’s experience and lessons that Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone get in solving these problems. On the basis of that, it also analyses the reason of destruction aiming at the destruction condition that the zone solves these problems. At last, this paper concludes the experience of the ideological and political work of Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone and condenses certain instructional theoretical enlightenments on the basis of the previous analysis. First, the cultivation should be people oriented and it should be based on the basic concept of the ideological and political work that people should be moved by affection; Second, we should strengthen the theoretical education of the ideological and political work; Third, we should innovate the method of grassroots ideological and political work; Forth, we should enhance effectiveness of ideological and political work.
