Front two-hand pass is a beginner’s start to learn volleyball technique, and it is the basis of other passing techniques. However, it is difficult for beginners a series of technique movements of passing hand shape, exerting the strength of the whole body coordinately, properly relaxing fingers and wrists in order to coherently accomplish bouncing techniques as soon as they touch the ball, so is difficult for teachers to explain. Most traditional practice, which is disconnects with practical passing techniques, is difficult for students to understand and easily form a series of wrong actions like holding, snatching and tapping which are not easy to correct and even sometimes result in hurting fingers. It is contrary to teaching purpose of cultivating students’ interest in volleyball. Can we find a method which is easy for not only teaching, but also understanding for students as well? Volleyball technique is a kind of ball sports which is mainly concluded by serving and spiking, Taijiquan is the essence of Chinese martial arts, and it is the first batch of intangible cultural heritage. It is based on the Book of Changes, which is based on reinforcement of each other between Yin and Yang as its guiding ideology and has quite a few martial arts classics of dispersing force of the art of attack and defense which has a history of more than 400 years, like touching, sticking, adhering and following but no resisting directly, introducing and falling and then introducing failed he is out, Killing with Kindness and so forth. Tai Ji has already formed a set of unique training methods, among which a teacher uses Fedding force in Taiji Pushing Hands to let his students to learn how to judge the opponent’s force, how to disperse force until know to comprehend force. Is this teaching and training method suitable for beginners learning passing technique? Therefore, the author attempts to put forward a combination of practicing and teaching method of pass technique for beginners with practice method of dispersing force in Tai ji Pushing Hands, and has formed a kind of auxiliary exercise which is applied to improve teaching effect, motivate learners studying autonomy, and build up their self-confidence in better learning passing technique for beginners. The method slows and amplifies buffered way of passing technique by body itself perceiving, that is, by learns’ nerve, muscle and joint to perceive the way of passing technique which greatly stimulates beginners and gradually sets up an automatic program to control pass execution in order to reduce learning difficulty, arrive at the purpose of encouraging learners’ interest. It acts a promoting role of learning a technique, cultivating students "lifelong sports" concept of teaching objective. The research, which is based on the theorem of momentum, the law of conservation of energy theory as its theoretical guidance, will analyses collision phenomena of volleyball passing and dispersing force in Tai ji Pushing Hands. Combining with transfer theory and by analogy and explanation of Tai Chi dispersing punch, it applies both dispersing force in Tai ji Pushing Hands and other practice methods to beginning exercises which is convenient for teachers to explain and demonstrate and easy for students to understand passing techniques. The paper conducts the research from theoretic and empirical aspects by using contrast analysis of literature, expert interviews, video image, teaching experimental method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics.
