In the great treasure of intangible cultural heritage of China, Chinese martial arts because of its long history, broad impact, mysticalness inheritance, laid the important status of Wushu in the Chinese intangible culture. Taijiquan is the treasure of the Chinese traditional culture, and it is also a part of physical education with unique ethnic features, especially in college physical education curriculum, the teaching can enhance students’ physical and mental health, to cultivate good moral quality, build confidence and plays a unique role in other sports can not be replaced by the inheritance of Chinese traditional culture etc.. But because of Taijiquan practice about "loose","empty","spirit", pay attention to "blood" operation and so on, and these connotations due not intuitive response to our actions, only by the participants themselves constantly to experience, to understand. In many universities, students’ learning Taijiquan due to time or the teacher teaching emphasis is not clear, leading to a lot of students do not have to understand the connotation of. Through the survey found, there are many universities offered Taijiquan course. But the survey found, students to Taijiquan learning interest is not high. The reason is students in Taijiquan in the learning process simply in order to cope with the final exams and learning, itself does not understand the theory of Taijiquan and essence. Also, Tai Chi is a slow practice boxing, in the vigorous growth period of the students, not arouse their interest in the speed and degree of stimulation, which are not of this course to put more enthusiasm for learning. In order to increase the students’ interest in learning, in order to enable the Taijiquan really play a role in students’ life-long sports, also in order to make and develop our traditional Chinese material culture, increase the Taijiquan Teaching in College Wushu elective course in PE teaching, the content is richer, more diverse forms of teaching. This article uses the literature material law, expert interview questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, the related situation of Taijiquan is analyzed theoretically, and statistical analysis of the actual situation of teaching. Through the analysis found the first Taiji and other project phase comparison has its own advantages, through the analysis of difference of Taijiquan teaching training characteristics and Wushu Sanda, taekwondo, etc., the project, in the teaching and training, the difficulty, technical difficulty, such as the possibility of injury than other projects advantages. Second different in teaching and training in the field, protective measures and other hardware facilities requirements, strong adaptability. Third, the actual teaching results can be found in Taijiquan can get college students, but also can play a certain effect of teaching. Then the Taijiquan to colleges and universities to carry out the feasibility and effectiveness of. And through the analysis of team teaching practice, explore the Taijiquan teaching content, time, points of interest, the concrete teaching plans and arrangements, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and requests, the Taijiquan position, as the physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities, but also to strengthen teachers training and improve, establish the reasonable teaching appraisal system. Finally, hope that through these suggestions can be Taijiquan later as the optional sports courses.
