People who take basketball exercises more than twice a week (including twice) and play more than half an hour once time accounts for 57.7%. School stadiums are the first chose for participants to play basketball, and sports stadiums are the second. They usually play on weekends or after work in weekdays. And activity form is mainly half-court game.3. The purpose for participants to take part in the masses basketball is to build up their bodies and work for health also promote social communication; And the main reasons propel them to participant in is the shortage of facilities, followed by lack of leisure time.4. Some defects of Beijing Chaoyang district masses basketball: administrative management dominates in the management system, which is disjointed from grass-roots participants; there is not enough site facilities for masses basketball and sports social instructors; masses basketball is not well-targeted in national fitness organization and management; and race management is lack of standardization.5.
