Teachers' ability is the important factor of preschool education activities, And plays a key role in children's development, the development of the cause of preschool education. Recent research shows,the key factors affect students'development lies in the ability of teachers. Preschool teacher is facing the children whose body and mind were not mature, All aspects of the childrens'development have close ties whith preschool teacher's ability level and competence. So preschool teacher's ability is very important.The related research achievements is on the basis of clear up domestic and international kindergarten class education environment of preschool teachers'ability to create education environment, This study selected 70 preschool teachers of 36 kindergartens in sichuan province as the research object, mainly using methods such as observation, interview and literature. This research aims at finding the real state of the construction of the capacity of preschool teachers to create educational environment. Understanding of the ability levels of the capacity of preschool teachers to create educational environment in various levels kindergarten. Analyzing the various factors influential the capacity of preschool teachers to create educational environment. Combined with local actual situation proposed countermeasures, in order to improve the quality of kindergarten education environment and the capacity of preschool teachers to create educational environment.The research results show that:the overall level of the capacity of preschool teachers to create educational environment in our country is not high. the capacity of preschool teachers to create material educational environment is higher than the capacity of preschool teachers to create Psychological educational environment. Among them, between different grades kindergarten,the difference of the capacity of preschool teachers to create educational environment is very big, the capacity of preschool teachers to create educational environment in provincial and municipal is higher than the capacity of preschool teachers to create educational environment in township and rural,Based on analysis of the influencing factors from the following aspects:the kindergarten teachers the young children, the kindergarten leader and the socio—cultural, the author brings up the following recommendations:Education department of infant education cause increased policy support and funding,; Preschool teachers should conscientiously strengthen professional development consciousness and promote the development of professional ability; Kindergarten administrators and the other strengthen for preschool teachers create education environment ability attention; to integrate social resources like the children family in the construction of classroom environment.
