Kindergarten teachers' reflection text is an important carrier for kindergarten teachers to summarize and reflect on their own related activities in kindergartens,and is also an important way to understand kindergarten teachers' reflection.Kindergarten teachers' reflection not only helps their professional growth,but also helps to promote the healthy development of children's physical and mental health and improve the quality of kindergarten education.This study selects S kindergarten in Guiyang city,and uses text analysis method to make relevant statistics and analysis on 91 teachers' reflection texts,so as to deeply understand the current situation of kindergarten teachers' reflection.After that,I interviewed 6 kindergarten teachers on the relevant issues of reflection,and then analyzed the problems and reasons of kindergarten teachers' reflection,so as to put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures for improving kindergarten teachers' reflection ability.The results of the study show that: in the type of reflective activities,not enough attention is paid to life activities;In the direction of reflection content,the direction of teacher development is weak.On the level of reflection,the level of reflection is not high.In the use of reflection tools,the use of reflection tools is less;As well as in the inspection feedback,gives the inspection feedback to be few.This paper analyzes the reasons from kindergarten teachers themselves and kindergartens,and puts forward some strategies to improve the reflective ability of kindergarten teachers from kindergarten teachers themselves and kindergartens.For kindergarten teachers themselves,attention should be paid to reflection on life activities and the content of teachers' development orientation,actively learn reflection skills,and increase the use of reflection tools.In kindergarten,we should increase the motivation of reflection,pay attention to the content of reflection and the training of reflection skills,reduce non-teaching affairs and give feedback on examination.
