The native-tongue-using Minority Nationality preparatory undergraduates of Xingjiang Uygur Autonomous are special groups.Comparing with the general college students, most of these preparatory undergraduates came from the area where education resources are relatively fall behind, the gaps are still be existing. And among the whole preparatory undergraduates group in all ethnical schools, those part of the students are given by special attention for the reason of their different identity and backgrounds, thoughts, psychology, learning, communication and religious believes and other special behavior. This paper takes the Xinjiang native-tongue-using minority nationality preparatory undergraduates came from Yellow River Institute of science and technology as research objects, with Pan Guangdan’s “adaptation”analysis perspective, lastly putting the national unity education be foothold, analysis the objects utilizes the documental and material methods, questionnaire survey methods, interview method and comprehensive analysis method. Firstly, a better overview of the objects cultural root which formed before they came to the school is very necessary. Secondly, accurately grasp those students“adaptation” situation applied by the questionnaire statistical method for data analysis, which include those students language adaptation, interpersonal communication,employment intention, awareness of the national identity and so on. From the above information, the existing “anti-adaptation” phenomenon will more easily understand. After that, the next step is systematic observationon the practical method in order to against the “anti-adaptation”phenomenon the school has taken. Finally, furthering analysis the reasons of the “anti-adaptation” phenomenon and the concrete methods which taken by Yellow River Institute of science and technology corresponds to.Attempt to get a new conscious.
