In recent years, the researchers focus on subject teaching knowledge gradually, the related research of subject teaching knowledge is gradually emerging. However, systematic research on PCK (pedagogical content knowledge) in the field of education and sports are rare. This study aims to describe on the background of special martial arts teachers, not on the background of special martial arts teachers and special martial arts teachers "Jump forward with a long step" PCK characteristics, analysis its origin, draw the outline of the structure, martial arts teachers provide knowledge about "Jump forward with a long step" teaching to the development of recommendations. In martial arts teachers about the "Jump forward with a long step" PCK of teaching knowledge as the core content, different characteristics of narrative martial arts teachers about the nature of the "Jump forward with a long step" PCK, sources and their characteristics. Research mainly used literature collection of PCK relevant academic resources, to the different characteristics of the martial arts teachers to interview, and the interview results for analysis. The results show that the Martial arts teachers "Jump forward with a long step" PCK mainly comes from the knowledge of subjects, the teachers "students" study, observation, three aspects of classroom teaching reflection; Martial arts teachers "Jump forward with a long step" PCK structure includes seven aspects which discipline knowledge, teaching goals, students, teaching knowledge, curriculum knowledge, knowledge about teachers’ own knowledge and evaluation.
