The view on children directly affects the quality of the children education. Due to the different local culture, teachers’ view on children may show obvious regional differences. Therefore, to investigate and contrast the teacher’s view on children in two different local cultures is of great significance. Whereas, the metropolis of the author’s hometown:Jiaozuo and the metropolis of Shanghai City which the author studies in is bound to have a significant difference, so the author will make comparisons between the kindergarten teachers of Shanghai City and the kindergarten teachers of Jiaozuo Town.This method of the study is called vedio stimulated interviewing method which is invented by Tobin and is one of the qualitative research methods. The research method is divided into two steps:the field shooting video, interview based on watching the video, selecting 18 preschool teachers of Shanghai City, and 19 preschool teachers of Jiaozuo Town.Based on the analysis of the interview datas, the author forms the five dimensions of "understanding the significance of childhood", "children’s ability of understanding ","areness of the rights of the child", "children is the existence of the relationship" and "learning characteristics of children ". And on the basis of the analysis, the author also extracts the effect of the three factors of Kindergartener’s perspective of children:"education reform", "culture", "realistic condition", "parents", and finally puts forward the corresponding education suggestions.
