The Construction Path And Practice Of Four-in-One Entrepreneurship Education System

The report of the 18th CPC National Congress has clearly pointed out the needs of building an innovative country and cultivating innovative talents. And the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is just an important way to feed a large number of innovative talents for the country. With the advance of times, entrepreneurship education has become an important part in higher education. The construction and perfection of it is of great significance to inspiring college students’ passion for entrepreneurship, cultivating their entrepreneurial traits, expanding their chances of employment and promoting their survival abilities.Although many of the colleges and universities in China have realized its importance and necessity, and have committed themselves to building the entrepreneurship education system, it is still at the launching and budding stage. The research on both theory and practice of entrepreneurship education done by domestic scholars is not deep enough.There is still a long way to go to build the entrepreneurship education system. Entrepreneurship education and practice patterns based on the background of Entrepreneurial University need deep-going discussions.The paper starts with the analysis of the present situation of the entrepreneurship education in China, by pointing out that the efforts made by government and colleges are mainly to lessen college students’stress from employment instead of promoting entrepreneurship education to a strategic height. Focusing mainly on knowledge and failing to form into a systematic and sound social system and teaching research system, the entrepreneurship education hasn’t truly become the major driving force for our country’s economic development.Then combining the characteristics of the domestic higher education at present stage, the paper brings forward the construction ideas and system design of the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. It focuses on the elaboration of Four-in-One whole-journey permeation entrepreneurship education system and does research into the path in promoting the construction of this system. Firstly, designing a course training system based on the entrepreneurial qualities and abilities. Secondly, integrating the resources based on the open operating pattern. Thirdly, constructing a supporting platform well-connected to the entrepreneurial development. Fourthly, constructing the organizational supporting system in the entrepreneurship education system. Finally, taking the example of Fuzhou University’s practice in the construction of the Four-in-One whole-journey permeation entrepreneurship education system, the paper proves the practicability and effectiveness of the path.Through the analysis of the situation of entrepreneurship education in China, the author suggests that the goal of it should be cultivating practical innovative talents. It is necessary to build a sound system and promote at the same time reform of the traditional pattern of education in the construction of resource platform, supporting system and the relevant incentive mechanism.
