Research On The Talent Cultivation Mode Of University Academy System In China

At present,many University Academies are established on the basis of inheriting the spirit and tradition of Ancient Academy,and learn from the residential college of famous universities abroad.It is integration of the two,and based on the transformation of students' dormitory and living area,it creates a cultural space of learning,living and activities for students.At the same time,the cultural space as a supplement to the lack of professional education,and make up for the shortcomings of it,then forms a new educational mode.The academy system reform in China is rising,and its talent cultivation model is also facing some problems.Such as the college was alienated into a simple accommodation space,many academies just had the shape but lost its god,was deviated from the expected function of academy education;also,there are various conflicts between the new academy and the traditional college on the students' education and management;and college tutor system encountered difficulties,etc.Find out the crux of the above problems,and put forward some strategic suggestions,need to focus on the research on the talent cultivation mode of University Academy System in China.In this paper,on the basis of in-depth excavation and analysis of the literature,it sums up the three types of talent cultivation mode of University Academy System in China.First is the “Academy +Professional College”,type of Joint talent cultivation mode;Second is the “Academy?Professional College”,type of Division talent cultivation mode;Third is the “Academy =Professional College”,type of Integrated talent cultivation mode.And with the result,this paper analyzes the three major contradictions and problems in the reform of academy system in China at present.Which are the contradiction of conception differences,the contradiction of educational model and the contradiction between management mechanism;Problems are the cultural atmosphere,general education and tutor system.And then,through the case of Residential College of Oxford and Cambridge University in England,the Residential College of Harvard University in American and the Academy System of Chinese University of Hong Kong,analysis their talent cultivation mode,and summed up the essence and enlightenment.Which mainly in: These four universities all reflect the exploration of the essence of education;All of them have the campus culture environment of the recessive education function;Their ubiquitous human management;They focus on the process,respect the results,and play the role of educational evaluation and feedback;Their quality of pay attention to innovation.At the end of this paper,it puts forward the proposal on the reform of talent cultivation mode of Chinese University Academy system.That is to build a cooperative education mode of Academy and Professional College,which are the cooperation of idea and goal,the cooperation of education content and method,the cooperation of organization and the management system.
