Under the background of globalization, the internationalization of Higher Education has been a trend which cannot be halted. Higher Engineering education as a part of Higher education should follow the international trend to cultivate international engineering talents. Which requires perfect international courses system of Engineering education, however the current international curriculum system is not fully discussed. This study will use the classical theory of curriculum "Taylor principle" to analysis the international curriculum system of Higher Engineering education,including curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, combining international and domestic successful cases to construct a perfect system.The paper is divided into seven parts:The first part introduces the background,research significance,research framework,main concept and literature review.The second part analysis the concept of Higher Engineering education curriculum internationalization,which basis on international standard, matches the international engineering course,and the characteristics open and comprehensive, sharing and collaboration, generality and practicality.The third, fourth, fivfth and sixth parts use the principle of Taylor to analysis Higher Engineering education curriculum system.It’s eager to reach conclusion that the establishment of curriculum objective require different multiinspection;the choice and organization of the curriculum content should be based on the core curriculum, general curriculum, practice curriculum;curriculum implementation must rely on the international environment and corporation;curriculum evaluation should be based on the internationally standards to establish multi-level evaluation system.The seventh part puts forward a new theory that Higher Engineering education curriculum internationalization targets should be hold, the decision-making should be open and effective, the laws and regulations should be improved.
