A Survey Of Reserve Personnel Training In Jilin Judo

Judo is the traditional advantage project of Jilin in heavy athletics. But in recent years, judo scores in Jilin province have appeared a downward trend, and the problems of the project in terms of reserve talents training have highlighted. This paper takes Judo reserve talents training of Jilin province as an example. This paper investigates and analyzes the training status and selects coaches and athletes of 21 raining organizations or departments in the province’s cities for the survey. This paper uses questionnaires to master the first-hand information, combines interviews for information, uses mathematical statistics to have an analysis on data, and adopts the method of literature to make evidence for views of this paper. This paper has a survey analysis and research on the training status of Judo reserve talents in Jilin province. Although in recent years, the evaluation system of reserve talents in Jilin has continued to improve, which promotes the teaching ability of the training departments and enhances the protection ability of the general training effect, players are still some problems in terms of selection, competition, training and transportation, which affects the development of judo.According to the survey results, this paper puts forward the related policies and documents of reserve talents training. It includes to seek policies to support and strengthen the promotion and depth universal; based on reality, strengthen overseas talents introduction and local talents promotion; strengthen continuing education, adjust and improve the knowledge structure of coaches; improve the security system to prevent the loss of outstanding talents; establish and improve the assessments and incentives in continuing education of judo coaches, provide a good platform for judo coaches in training; in accordance with relevant national policies, actively promote the state-sponsored policy, take advantage of the national policy support and financial assistance, extensively train young people’s interests in judo, and broaden the selection path for talents. This research provides ideas for the popularity and development of judo among young people, accelerating the pace towards the public sports, and the long-term plan for Judo reserve talentstraining in Jilin.
