| In today's national youth campus football activities carried out in full swing under the big background,in order to explore new mode of Shanghai juvenile football reserve talent cultivation,this study used questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature material method,logic analysis,mathematical statistics,the Pudong new area of the women's reserve personnel training present situation research,combined with the campus football development center in Shanghai,more than youth activity center of Pudong new area,and the Shanghai sports institute a number of football experts in-depth interviews,reference football powers football reserve talent training experience,based on the theory of integration innovation,In primary and secondary schools,amateur sports schools,youth amateur football club parties advantages as innovation factors,the theory of sustainable development of competitive sports and cultivate people with the all-round development of football skills,insist on the principle of combining government system and the market mechanism,the preliminary conception of Pudong new area juvenile football reserve talent integration innovation training mode and countermeasures are put forward.This study draws the following conclusions:1.The campus football activities of the youth in Pudong new area develop rapidly,with the training system and competition system gradually improved,creating a good atmosphere for the youth football;The development of amateur sports schools is gradually shrinking,but high-level coaches still play a leading role in the region.Amateur football clubs have absorbed some football coaches of a certain level and participated in campus football activities in the form of government-purchased services.2.Pudong new area of teenage women's football back-up personnel training mode as a whole on a smaller scale,in the aspect of campus football in only three high schools to carry out the daily women's football training,Pudong new area of the three schools represented the women's football under-16-stepping stage all reserve forces,including Shanghai and Pudong a less body build rivers sand north school,middle school compared to other two high school level of women's football team in the Pudong new area a few body(upper north school siltstones)gap is huge.At the primary and middle school level,58 schools with national characteristics of youth campus football in Pudong new area are not active enough in women's football training.3.Combining football training objective law,on the basis of the soccer reserve talented person growth stage division series connection has the cultivation of the main line,from high school and in the campus football elite training camp for important gripper,fully give play to the role of the main body of education department,sports system and social force as important supplement to build integration innovation training mode.4.From the management,human resources,training,competition,transportation,culture and education,fund investment and other factors,the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of the integrated and innovative training mode for the reserve talents of adolescent girls' football in Pudong new area.Build a coaching team led by the coaches of the amateur sports school,dominated by the campus football coaches and supplemented by the amateur football clubs;Adhere to the interest of primary school,the specialization of junior middle school and the professionalization of senior high school,and realize the integrated development of all ages;Teaching and sports integration,sharing competition resources,adhere to hierarchical management,to build more competition platform for students;Highlight the main role of the school,make the team into famous schools,improve the quality of amateur sports school culture courses,increase the vitality of the amateur sports school;With the government as the main input,social capital and parental input as an important supplement,forming a diversified funding input channels. |
