Short track speed skating project has been a focus on the development of winter sports in our country, is also in the focus of the winter Olympics gold medal project in our country, is the contribution to the gold medal project, the largest number of winter for our country’s pioneer and leader in the development of winter project. Winter project mainly such as jilin, heilongjiang and liaoning resource-rich provinces and cities, snow and ice in winter and short track speed skating projects of jilin province has the quite important status, talents for the country has trained many winter programs. Short track speed skating projects is the traditional advantage project of jilin, can achieve remarkable progress thanks to the attention of the relevant department for a long time, from the aspects such as selection, training, scientific research as well as logistics development laid a solid foundation for short track speed skating projects.Short track speed skating is cyclical endurance, endurance athletes especially aerobic endurance performance has had a huge impact. In recent years, short track speed skating athletes aerobic endurance training gradually become an important part of the training, study of the short track speed skating athletes aerobic endurance projects become a research hotspot. Jilin province short track speed skating team attaches great importance to scientific research work, the physiological and biochemical monitoring throughout the course of training and competition, by monitoring the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes to guide the training, the training quantity and intensity. Aerobic endurance of athletes in training and competition index of monitoring is to guide and adjust the training of scientific basis. Vo2 Max and anaerobic threshold is one of the important evaluation indexes, aerobic endurance by monitoring the relevant indicators, vary according to the index of the athletes to predict the athletes’ physical condition and on the degree of adaptation training. In this paper, it is on the basis of related research, to short track speed skating in jilin province as the backing, the integrated use of literature, expert interview method, experiment method and statistical method, combining with the short track speed skating projects conventional aerobic endurance training method of short track speed skating athletes vo2 Max, anaerobic threshold for aerobic stamina indexes such as experiment, comparing different methods on the sporting achievements, vo2 Max, anaerobic threshold, the influence of such indicators for short track speed skating athletes aerobic endurance training guide.The results showed that The experimental results show that the short track speed skating project aerobic endurance training method, the bicycle exercise method, wheeled sliding practice method, land imitation practice method, smooth jump practice method and high living hypoxic training method and so on five kinds of training methods to different levels of the short track speed skating athletes aerobic endurance level project. Five kinds of training methods for vo2 Max and the role of anaerobic threshold indicator is dissimilar. Different aerobic endurance training method of vo2 Max and the role of anaerobic threshold indicator is different. Under the action of two kinds of indexes in training its rise and speed difference and imbalance. The improvement of aerobic endurance does not mean that will improve the performance and increase of also have bigger difference, performance and the improvement of aerobic endurance in disequilibrium.Suggestion: Make full use of the advantage of different aerobic endurance training method, combined with the stage of training, training objectives, and athletes physical and psychological states, targeted the use of a variety of aerobic endurance training method. In the actual training in a variety of training method best reasonable use alternately; Attaches great importance to the high living hypoxic training method and bicycle exercise method to improve the level of short track speed skating athletes aerobic endurance prominent role, in the process of aerobic endurance training, the integrated use of a variety of training methods of training principles, on the basis of improving high living hypoxic training method and bicycle exercise method and position of the training time; Single focus on athletes aerobic stamina level of ascension is not enough to ensure continuity and long-term performance ascension. Short track speed skating project performance of ascension is outcome of combined action of multiple factors, must improve selection, training, scientific research and dietary nutrition level, to improve overall competitive ability of jilin province short track speed skating team.
