The Development And Countermeasures Research On College Students’ Science And Technology Entrepreneurship Education In Shanxi Province

The leap-forward development of China’s higher education and the arrival of the knowledge economy era of 21st century challenge seriously the Chinese traditional mode of education and employment. And more and more attention has been drawn to the research of entrepreneurship education. The technology entrepreneurship education, as a specific embodiment of entrepreneurship education, is the foundation and start of technology entrepreneurship, as well as the most vigorous and significant part of the national innovational education system. Therefore, a promotion on the research and construction of students’technology entrepreneurship education is required, in effort to realize the turn from employment and innovation education to comprehensive quality-oriented education.Some accomplishments has been achieved in students’technology entrepreneurship education, Shanxi Province, as an inland province with a developing high technology industry, less science and engineering universities, and relatively backward economic development, finds itself in a preliminary stage of research and construction of students’technology entrepreneurship education. The inattention of society and the government to the students’education in technology entrepreneurship, the incompleteness of the system of students’technology entrepreneurship education, unreasonable arrangement of course, and the imperfectness of the external security system, all highly impede the development of students’technology entrepreneurship education in Shanxi, and thus reveal the characteristics of the preliminary stage. Therefore it is one of the urgent problems which require attention in Shanxi Province, to push effectively the positive effect of students’ technology entrepreneurship education.On the basis of a discussion on the theory of technology entrepreneurship education and the general profile of domestic and international situation of in this paper discusses the technology entrepreneurship education related theory and the general situation of college students’ technology entrepreneurship, this thesis researches the present state of college students’ technology entrepreneurship education, and put forward relevant proposals and countermove for the effective push of college students’ technology entrepreneurship education, through raising questions, searching the reasons and the solutions of the problems, in hope for a contribution to the comprehensive development and the mutual promotion of the education and economy in Shanxi. The thesis is divided into four parts: The first part is introduction, introducing the research purposes and significance, domestic and international research state, the research content, the innovations and week of the research, and the main methodology. The second part is the outline of relevant theory of college students’ technology entrepreneurship education, including the meaning of the entrepreneurship and technology entrepreneurship, the concept of entrepreneurship education and technology entrepreneurship education, as well as the meaning, characteristics and the significance of college students’ technology entrepreneurship education, then introduce the general situation of college students’ technology entrepreneurship education at home and board.The three part:Firstly introducing the present situation analysis of the development of college students’ technology entrepreneurship education in propulsion menthes and achievement. Secondly, on the basis of the present situation analysis of the development of college students’ technology entrepreneurship education, introducing the cause and problem analysis of the present situation of college students’ technology entrepreneurship education in Shanxi Province. The fourth part puts forward some proposals and countermove at the problem based on the reasonable analysis of the reasons in order to promote the development of college students’ technology entrepreneurship education in Shanxi, which to contribute to the cultivation of technology innovation spirit and entrepreneur spirit, to be a powerful push to the comprehensive development of higher education, employment education, and quality-oriented education in Shanxi Province.
