On the basis of analyzing the current situation and existing problems of entrepreneurial talents training in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some strategies to construct new talents in the application of entrepreneurial talents by combining with the practice of entrepreneurship training in Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College: from the analysis of industry, Of the external needs of the students,relying on curriculum design, the use of technical means, innovative team structure five aspects of training with innovative awareness, entrepreneurial spirit and strong entrepreneurial ability of vocational colleges and new technology applications entrepreneurial talent, better Service regional economic development.
