Learning is a research upsurge in American in recent years, and more and more attentions have been paid by the researchers in many fields of curriculu m、textbook、teaching、evaluation owing to its great research value.Learning adva nced construction is the foundation of numerous learning advanced research field w hich experienced a process from theory to practice and the scope of its research ca n also be gradually expanded. Learning advanced description of students in the app ropriate teaching conditions, the ability to understand and apply the concept of sci ence and related scientific practice, with the passage of time gradually grown, tend to process complex, deep. In China, There is little study about the concept of "le arning", but some scholars have begun to realize the importance to make reasonab le adjustments to the science curriculum structure and change the structure of scie nce curriculum in the curriculum reform of the basic education stage, so that stu dents could establish the knowledge structure to adopt society. we combined the e xisting research results about the "learning" from home and abroad through literat ure research method, and explained the background, connotation and characteristics relationship of the concept as well as the relationship between learning and curri culum standards, teaching and evaluation, finally provided a theoretical basis for t he development of the subject system.The results of questionnaire survey indicated that:①When high school studentsin grate two first learned the core concept of "chemical equilibrium", they lacke d the mind also holds reflect their different levels of understanding of the misco nceptions, and these misconceptions would have been reserved to the chemical e quilibrium concept before learning the next stage, and these misconceptions gener ation of students in the learning process is not due to carelessness, but in the minds of the students in learning any original intellectual framework anchored by t he framework to enable the mind to new ideas to be rationalized in order to sol ve or interpretation barriers or problems they are currently faced②.The same gra de students show different understanding levels for the problems; In the applicatio n of the concept, the students lacked a deep under standing of chemical equilibriu m microscopic processes, and both of the cognitive construction and stability affe ct their application of the concept.In summary, in order to improve students’ learning and cognitive abilities, th e writer gived the following advices: When the chemistry teachers are teaching c ontents related to "chemical equilibrium" during various stages, they should clearl y recognized that which level can students achieve throughout the learning proce ss,so as to design and choice of teaching methods of teaching goals on this basis.
