In this study, "CLASS classroom interactive evaluation system" for rural kindergarten in Nanchong City, Luzhou City, Xichang City, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province in the four areas of collective teaching activities 18 teachers were reorientation video analysis to "emotional support", "class organization, " " educational support " three basic dimensions as the starting point, the use of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis explores the relationship between the level of teachers’ job transfer status, as well as the three basic dimensions of each dimension, then using ANOVA teachers discussed the background(seniority, qualifications) factors on teacher-child interaction dimension. In the second phase of the study, the proposed interaction between the level of performance differences in the behavior of teachers on the subject of comparative analysis, the last light of the above study, from the stand point of view to make reorientation teacher education proposals.The results showed that:1.8 reorientation of teachers in rural collective teaching situation teacher-child interaction in the overall level of the middle level, including emotional support as a whole in the middle level, middle level class organization as a whole, to support the overall education in middle level.2.8 reorientation of teachers in rural collective teaching situation has a strong correlation between the teacher-child interaction of three basic dimensions, while among 10 specific small dimensions also has a strong correlation.3.Teachers’ seniority levels on teacher-child interaction that level of interaction with the seniority of growth will not improve; teacher education background merely considering child views(RSP), language demonstration(LM) two dimensions there are certain differences.4.The performance difference between high and low points in the behavior of the teachers on the subject as follows: In the "Instructions" and "Question exchange" on the scores of teachers flexible capability; on the "behavior management" scores of teachers in the way more recessive behavior intervention in the forward-looking; in "emotional evaluation" on a more proactive.5. Based on these studies, teacher standing reorientation angle, made the following suggestions Education: Transforming teaching switched establish equality concept of teacher-child dialogue; enhancing teaching skills training to improve interaction skills; focus on good behavior management- often the class; emphasis on teaching reflection, enhance teaching wisdom.
