In the present education research, research on the psychological problems of students has already caused intensive concern, there are many research results for students of all kinds of mental problems, but the study of the mental specifically for students of cross domain school or the issues of ethnic minorities and different gender students’ psychological problems are less. This paper is to understand the situation of lack of acceptance by the method of literature, questionnaire, interview, case study and investigate the factors influencing this phenomenon by analysis, aims to research and solve free occupation education for Tibetan girls who attended the "9+3" education system to establish self-confidence, and provide some educational countermeasures, as well as a new idea for Tibetan woman education and teaching the healthy growth of students.This article in the research process, first of all uses literature to comb the research actuality of domestic and international research focus, knowledge, ideas, achievements and shortcomings, so as to establish their own research perspective. There and then focuses on using interview, questionnaire, case study to explore the depth of Tibetan "9+3" free education students lack of confidence problems and forming factors. Finally summed up the education and teaching to help them build self-confidence practices which is worth learning. The paper not only broaden the research ideas, but also has a positive meaning for minority students cross domain learning education.
