Ethnic education is an important part of education in China.It is a major event related to economic and social development in ethnic minority areas,as well as national unity and border security.Because of the natural,cultural and other reasons,for a long time,the development of education in ethnic regions is seriously lagging behind,especially the Tibetan situation is not optimistic.To this end,the mid 80 s of last century,the state has held 15 classes in Beijing,Lanzhou,Chengdu and other places,in order to make better use of the mainland facilities,teachers and other conditions,to make up for the short board of national education.With the continuous development of China's economy,vocational education has become increasingly prominent in the national quality education.In 2009,the Sichuan provincial government launched the "free vocational education plan" 9+3 "in the Tibetan areas of Sichuan"(hereinafter referred to as "9+3").The plan is in Sichuan Province,combined with the special situation of the implementation of specific initiatives to explore the national "9+3" education mode,which is based on 9 years of compulsory education,free compulsory education and also give students 3 years of Tibet;The purpose of the occupation education as an opportunity to enhance the quality of workers,promoting the Tibetan youth employment as a breakthrough,to help people out of poverty in difficulties,tamp Tibetan harmony and stability,the foundation of sustainable development.As the key link of "9+3" education,the employment is not only the end of "9+3"school education,but also the starting point of its social integration,It is not only related to the "9+3" plan is also related to the success or failure of the overall strategy,the steady development of the Tibetan areas in Sichuan therefore,around the "employmentand occupation 9+3 students to adapt to theoretical and empirical research should be strengthened.Under this background,this paper adapt to the "9+3" students' occupation ability training as the breakthrough,based on education theory,psychology theory,career planning,in-depth study of Tibetan "9+3" mode of education of Tibetan students ability to adapt to the situation in the occupation,problems and causes,and the control system of the original intention of the design,the specific part of the "9+3" education mode put forward improvement opinions and suggestions.The research object of this paper is the Tibetan students in Tibetan "9+3" model of secondary vocational education under the occupation and improve the ability to adapt.The research content mainly includes four parts.The first part is the theoretical analysis part,mainly on the occupation ability to adapt to the definition,extension,defines the characteristics of;.In the second part,through the investigation,to find out the Tibetan students' occupation "9+3" mode to adapt to the ability training present situation and existing problems and reasons.The third part system designed the control in "9+3" mode of education,combined with the existing problems,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.This innovation is mainly reflected in three aspects.First,the object of study,through research too focused on the life and teaching to teachers to adapt themselves to the limitations,will focus on the occupation adaptation,so as to further enrich and expand the research field of the Tibetan "9+3".Secondly,on the research paradigm,research on comprehensive application of pedagogy,psychology,career theory,system analysis of special groups of Tibetan occupation "9+3" education mode to adapt to the problems and the reasons,with interdisciplinary characteristics.Finally,we research on the proposed school education solutions to solve the corresponding problem based on theoretical analysis,taking into account the feasibility of design theory.
