In recent years, the EMBA degree education (all referred to as "Senior Management MBA Education Project", or "Executive Master of Business Administration" in English) has attracted extensive attention in society. In China, EMBA education began in 2002, which has just been developed for more than ten years.In these sort time, the EMBA education has developed rapidly.A surey organization estimated that the students scale of EMBA education recruitment on the mainland of China was about 15000 people a year, and the size of EMBA market was about 3 billion yuan. At the same time,the number of EMBA education tuition was also increaseing rapidly.For example,in 2014,the tuition fee of EMBA programme of Cheung Kong graduate school is 688000 yuan,the tuition fee of EMBA programme of the China Europe international business school is 588000 yuan, the tuition fee of EMBA programme of Tsinghua University institute of economic management is 560000 yuan,and so on. The title of "the tuition of the highest degree education" is deserving for the EMBA education.As the degree education of the highest tuition fees at present, whether the EMBA education can significantly improve the academic economic management ability of students,and in turn improve the company’s operating performance, is what we want to study in this paper.This article selects the listed companies which have executives who has studied and achieved EMBA degree education before 2012,31 December as samples, and investigated the change of company performance and risk after the executives achieced the EMBA education degree.The research found that:for the company’s performance, in the whole, the EMBA education experience of executives does improve the company’s performance to a certain extent, but the results is not significant.After introducing the classification of the EMBA education project type Style, we disco veried that the effectiveness of the EMBA schools relying on the traditional education school resources is better than the EMBA schools relying on the social resources. Although the latter’s tuition is instead higher, and the celebrities also pay more attention to this kind of EMBA, but its advantage is not reflected in the growth of performance. After the introduction of the classification of the executives’former education degree, we found that, the better the executives’former education, the better the effect of the EMBA education.The research for the company risk of sample companies shows that, on the whole, Executives of the EMBA education experience of executives do significantly reduce the risk of a company, and the risk reduction is significant. After introducing the classification of the EMBA education project type, it can be found that although the EMBA schools relys on the traditionga university have much better performance in terms of company performance ascension, but the opposite effect better in terms of risk control.After we adjusted risk value of sample companies with its paired companies, we can see, whether to consider the EMBA education mode of organizers, regression results are not significant. This result suggests that the company risk adjusted with the risk values of paired companies did not change significantly, and it does increase the company performance after the executives has studied the EMBA,and the performance ascension is not at the cost of enhance of company risk.
