To meet the opportunities and challenges after China's entry into WTO, we need to have a thorough analysis of the present situation and problems in China's enterprise training as well as a thorough study of the rich experience and efficient training systems in vocational training in foreign enterprises by learning from the experience and system, we can adjust the obsolete enterprise vocational training no longer suitable for modern economic social development and set up a healthy and efficient vocational training system in China.From the perspective of market division theory,this article first set forward the content selection mechanism and the organizational factors affecting the practice and development of enterprise training.The second part analyzes the current situations in enterprise training in China, how it fails to become the prime power for enterprise development and some mistaken practices in current training work.The third part is an introduction and comment of the forms, characteristics and successful experience in vocational training in foreign enterprises (mainly centered in the three representative countries: Germany, America and Japan)In the final part,based on the above analysis and description,and in view of the current economic development, future trends and the tendency in vocational training in China, measures are put forward to ensure the advancement of an orderly, healthy and practical vocational training.
