Vocational colleges in order to meet the demand for talent, must address the curriculum design mode is scientific and reasonable, whether the goal of personnel training, whether it can improve their professional capabilities of these basic questions. Currently, most vocational colleges still follow the traditional curriculum design research model, leading students have learned, there are large differences in job skills and business needs resulting in a contradiction talent supply and demand. So, as a school, both companies need to find and try a new curriculum design model to meet the rapid development of the logistics industry, the current urgent demand for talent. This dissertation focuses on how to improve the ability of students to professional courses and a study of design patterns, an important issue is the new field of curriculum reform vocational colleges and research.This paper studies the curriculum reform vocational direction and focus, a clear ability to occupational training courses designed to target research directions and patterns. To improve students ’ability to perform the job to job demand-driven logistics management course designed to Huizhou economic Vocational and Technical College-based practice and exploration, to business needs as a starting point to cultivate students’ professional ability as the goal, based on job demands curriculum design research work, with a theoretical value.Introductory part of the first chapter include: theoretical and practical significance of the research background, literature review, research ideas and methods, but also on key concepts were defined. The second chapter introduces the vocational curriculum design Logistics Management Situation and talent supply and demand issues. The third chapter, analysis of the logistics professional course design basis. The fourth chapter, the design and implementation of the curriculum system of logistics management major.
