With the rapid development of social economy,the development of preschool education cause in our country present a thriving situation,the social from all walks of life more and more strong demand for high quality kindergarten,kindergarten logistics as the rear area of the development of the kindergarten,the importance of its scientific and standardized management.In this context,education for kindergarten management students should be taken seriously.But throughout each college kindergarten classroom management theory,especially the students of class,the teaching effect is not too ideal,student's enthusiasm is not high,learning attitude is not steadfast problems such as widespread.The flipped classroom teaching mode has made many contributions to the development of education informatization,and a large number of studies have proved that flipped classroom teaching can improve the teaching effect.Therefore this study flip classroom teaching mode,it is proposed to use the interactive classroom platform is UMU interactive learning platform,selection of subjects for shaanxi preschool teachers college department of environment and resource college kindergarten management professional level 2015 class 1,2 class,the students of class 3,class one and class 3 as the experimental class,class 2 for that in comparative classes,in view of the "kindergarten logistics management" course design and implementation of turning the classroom teaching,will turn the classroom teaching and,based on the thought of design research for class 1,the first round of experiments,class 3 to the second round of the experiment.The whole research is divided into four stages:the preparatory stage,the planning stage,the implementation stage and the conclusion stage.The preparation stage mainly determines the research question through communication with the tutor and the analysis of the literature,and clarifies the research status and theoretical basis;The planning stage is mainly to analyze the learners,teaching contents and teaching objectives,as well as design and development of teaching resources,design and evaluation of teaching process;The implementation stage mainly adopts questionnaire survey method,quasi-experimental research method and interview method.The summary stage mainly compares the comprehensive quality,the final examination result of the experimental class and the control class,and the satisfaction analysis of the students in the experimental class to verify the teaching effect.Finally,this study suggests:based on the UMU platform flip from classroom teaching to a certain extent,improve the students' interest in learning,class participation and cooperation consciousness,greatly improve the students' final examination results,but has no obvious effect in enhancing the ability to learn.Overall,the two experimental classes are better than that in comparative classes,class and class 3 to 1 is more outstanding,suggesting that flip combine classroom teaching based on the idea of design research can further improve the teaching effect.
