Practice And Research On Action Leading Teaching Method In Auto Repairing Of Secondary Vocation Educatinon

With the rapid development of Auto repairing, Auto repairing professional is higher required in the market. As a result, our vocation education desperately needs to reformed and developed ceaselessly.This paper has introduced "Action leading" which aimed the problem in tradition Auto repairing education. Based on theory action leading in Auto repairing major of our school, it has made some education practice and research.This survey, analyses each vocation ability for Auto repairing job, established Action leading education aim.It builds a system based on action leading, teaching designing-executing-commenting in Auto repairing course.Through teaching reforming, Auto repairing has made a great achievement, students’practical skill is obviously improved, overall quality is efficiently trained. Our teachers major grows with a hard base; teaching and research has a practice base, teaching achievement is represented. Meanwhile, it promots school’s professional development, firmly communicating and cooperation with other schools, deepening the content of cooperation with enterprises, expanding mode and though in enterprises cooperation, increasing the cooperation with enterprises.
