Study On Restrictive Factors Of Continuation Education Of The Professional Instructors Of Secondary Vocation Schools

An important problem in the development of current secondary vocation education is heightening the quality of profession instructors, but the main approach, continuation education by which professional instructors can be trained heightening teaching level, is confronted with many problems. So, researching the status as well as problems of continuation education of professional instructors of secondary vocation schools and issuing corresponding measures should be significant for enforcing the construction of professional instructors groups of secondary vocation schools and speeding the development of secondary vocation education.In this thesis, the methods of studying literature and investigation were adopted. A case of continuation education of professional instructors of secondary vocation schools of the city B, involving 381 instructors employed in 10 schools, has been researched, trying to find those restrictive factors of continuation education of these instructors and to issue corresponding measures to improve contemporary status. These measures might be helpful for heightening these instructors'comprehensive quality and the level of secondary vocation education.Four parts are involved in this thesis. Part one showed the reason of the study, interrelated theories, study methods and the significance. Part two talked about the conceptions. Part three gave a explanation of the investigation, and analysis of the investigation results, and talked about the environmental and individual factors restricting continuation education of professional instructors of secondary vocation schools, and part four issued the corresponding measures for improving the continuation education of these instructors.
