Since the establishment of the new Chinese, our society is gr adually stabilized, significantly improve production technology, pr oductivity has been rapid development, therefore, China’s demand for each field of talent is more urgent, more and more national attention to personnel training, and this is accompanied by issued a series of policy documents, training a large number of excelle nt teachers for our country’s education, to make our education obt ained the considerable development. After the reform and openin g up policy in 1978, businesses have entered a period of rapid development, primary and secondary school teachers training indu stry is no exception. Since the last century since eighty time m etaphase, the Chinese government put the work of teachers traini ng and gradually push the legal platform, legal guarantee of teache rs in elementary and middle school teacher training is carried ou t smoothly, this on our teacher training plays an extremely import ant role in promoting and facilitating.
