Since the moderntriple jump became asan official Olympic sport, the overall level improve rapidly with the reasons of improving training level, developmentoftrainingtechnical and other factors. In order to improve the competitionresults, the coachesconstantly improve the athletes physical quality, improving sports venues equipment and equipment of athletes. The men’s triple jump is one of the most advantaged event in China’s track and field, and it had closed to the world’s advantaged level. But the standard of men’s triple jump in our country present a falling period and a dried up difficult situation in the next few PRC games and the domestic large-scale track and field competitions. Fortunately in the 11th PRC games, the Hebei nationality’s athletes, Li Yanxi, won the gold medal with 17.59 meters and exceeded the Asian record, this mark rank No.6 in the world, and it’s no doubt give a quick shot of energy to the slowing Chinese triple jump movement. This paper draws the following conclusion(1) Excellent triple jump athlete’s training as a whole. By the overall training improve training effect, selecting the most training methods are based on the practice area, for the purpose of more translates into auxiliary run-up, jumping technique needed for the quality, fully embodies the core content of the triple jump project specific training.(2) According to individual characteristics design training content, the individual in the special physical characteristics for the maximum effect. Selection and the training methods of triple jump is closely linked, and around the personal physical characteristics.(3) According to the requirement of the competition to design a special training, including training intensity, the power mode, the types of neuromuscular, action forms, such as simulation game.
