Public relations crisis is difficult to eliminate, but when the crisis of such pr if can adop.t corresponding appropriate strategies, certainly will will reduce the corresponding loss and weaken its negative effects.Media is quite advanced in today’ s information era, the sports star confronted with a pr crisis, how to use the media, choose whatkind of media, adopt what kind of strategy, specifically how to implement, it directly affects tne development or crisis event and Its results. It can make good use of the media, adopt corresponding strategies, turn the crisis into an opportunity, for the stars themselves, Volkswagen, and even the society as a whole is very good.
