Based upon the review of the recent research on Choking, combined with the present situation of teaching and competition of badminton, this research tries to explore the Choking and its prevention and regulation of the college students majored in badminton.Study one adopted a single factor within group design, with the performance of the college students majored in badminton being measured under both the low and high pressure situations, and tried to discuss the Choking of the students and its relationship with personality traits. Eighty-eight college students majored in badminton participated in the experiment, the average age was 20.74+1.20 years old and the duration of training was 1.87+0.71 years. That was the higher in personal self-consciousness and competition trait anxiety, the more easily Choking occurred. By regression analysis, competition trait anxiety, positive coping, the task goal orientation and avoidance coping could totally account for 56.6% of the variance of Choking.Study two adopted a single factor between group design, with comparing the drop shot scores of college students majored in badminton by different interventions, and tried to explore the effect of different interventions on prevention and regulation of Choking. Thirty college students majored in badminton participated in the experiment, the average age was 20.50+1.10 years old, and the duration of training was 1.70+0.60 years. The participants were divided into three groups. The group A was control group, and the group B and group C were experimental groups.
