The Reserve Talent Training Baes Of Chinaese Women’s Hammer

As one of dominant events in track and field,women’s hammer has kept a high level in Asia and achieved many excellent results and great honor for our country. But there are still some gaps compare with world first class hammer throwers, so it is our great responsibilities to make contributions to cultivate world-class hammer throwers.Athlete selection and cultivavation are the foundation of women’s world-class hammer thrower and has derect connection with the capacity of women’s hammer throwers. this study will select women’s hammer training base in domestic sport school as our research subject. Through literature study, questionnaire investigation and expert interview, we study the current situation of women’s reserve talents、hammer throw coach、management and project construction.the result shows that:1.The age distribution women’s hammer talent is equal, most of them are first or second class athlete. The mainly mode of their training and management is centralized training, learning, accommodation mode. As to the diet and accommodation facilities and venues, athletes feel satisfied with the venue and facility condition but with general satisfaction with their accommodation and jobs after graduation2. The coaches team of women’s hammer shows younger trend., which can form "old lead younger" tier system, Which can complement each other, and combine the experience and enthusiasm from older and younger coach. These will meet the current needs of the women’s hammer project base management, teaching and training.3. Most of training bases reflect that resources of fundareinsufficient, Lack of funds will affect the faculty building, race organization and participate in all aspects of site construction and maintenance of facilities, and medical and logistics support, lack of funds can not support normal woman hammer reserve personnel training base, the direct impact on athletes training effect.4. China’s women’s hammer project backup talent base is a professional sports training base system is essential for athletes, but cultural lessons didn’t get enough attention, in practice, the difficulty of academic subjects in most of the three-combined training base is equivalent to difficulty in middle and primary school.
