At present, the number of the logistic service staff in Colleges and universities is very large, they are an indispensable support power reform and development of colleges and Universities, and the behavior of their direct impact on school effectiveness and efficiency. A college logistics dispatch employees a total of 332 people, some of them have been worked 10 or more years for school, the dispatched staff wages and welfare and school employees compared to the gap is relatively large,this is the serious influence to send the staff’s working enthusiasm and efficiency, so how to university to send staff salary system reform, so as to arouse their enthusiasm for work has become an urgent problem.This research aims at a comprehensive understanding and analysis of the A university rear service group dispatched employee incentive status and problems, A proposal put forward to optimize the Group’s incentive pay university logistics system.Firstly, this paper defines the relevant concepts of dispatched workers, and relevant theories of motivation are explained; Secondly, analyze the employee incentive status of A in dispatching mechanism using questionnaire survey method; Thirdly, the existing problems of salary system optimization is proposed; Finally, a summary of the article.
