Let wisdom return to education, awaken classroom teaching, and lead the way of teachers’ professional growth. This sets new requirements and greater expectations to teachers’ professional competence. Fostering the teaching wisdom becomes the ideal and the prospect that teachers diligently pursue in new time.This paper applies the method of narrative to depict two double-typed teachers’ wisdom what reflect in their daily life and work which based on the existing research result and vocational high school teaching specificity and typicality. It attempts to see the process of how to develop the teaching wisdom, to reveal the truth of their educational life, the good will of their teaching intention, the beauty of their wisdom,which those love teaching career can get enlightenment from examples, especially for those vocational teachers. This paper is composed by five parts:First part: It analysis the actual needs for double-typed teachers of vocational high school from three aspects: the reality needs of vocational teacher training, the problem of leading professional teacher training, the needs of Double-typed teachers’ professional development. it simply states the research significance, the concept core concepts, The current research of teaching wisdom at home and abroad and the method of native inquiry and the specific procedure of this study.Second part: study preparation and data collection is based on the three aspects of the selection reason and data collection of teacher Q and teacher P and the research role definition.Third part:It summaries the teaching experience, the formation of teaching wisdom and the affected factors from observing the teacher P’s classroom teaching, interviewing her teaching course, analyzing the teaching log.Forth part: It summaries the teaching experience, the formation of teaching wisdom and the affected factors from observing the teacher P’s classroom teaching, interviewing her teaching course, analyzing the teaching log.Fifth part: It offers some suggestions for double-typed qualities teachers of vocational high school through analyzing the two teachers’ stories.
