Teachers' practical wisdom is the wisdom how teachers solve the problems of teaching. Just teachers pursue wisdom endlessly, and perceive,understand,experience or. ponder during the process of their teaching, they can fulfill the mission of teaching, become excellent educators with practical wisdom . Most teachers long for promoting their practical wisdom with the voice of teachers' professional development at present, but they found it hard for them to be wisdom in actual teaching work.This paper applies the method of narrative inquiry to depict two excellent primary school teachers' wisdom what reflect in their day-to-day teaching work. It attempt to enlightening the teachers who are pursuing the practical wisdom through reveal the truth of their educational life, the goodwill of their teaching intention, the beauty of their wisdom radiance.This paper is composed by four parts:First part: analyzed the cause why teachers lack practical wisdom in primary school teaching at present, it conclude two factors, first is the restrain of education system, the other is teachers' self-fetter; posed the actual requirement of teachers' practical wisdom in primary school from classroom teaching, teachers' professional development, teachers' spirit demands and students' development demands four factors; defined the concept of teachers' practical wisdom emphatically and compared it with other resemble concepts; introduced the method of narrative inquiry and the specific produce of this study.Second part: chose eleven stories of these two teachers from their classroom teaching and class management, revealed their practical wisdom what appeared faintly in their idea and action with the stories depiction.Third part: traced the produced and promoted process of these two teachers' practical wisdom back to their recalled narration of development.Forth part: examined teachers' practical wisdom with an outsider's view, posed the tactics of impelled teachers' practical wisdom from established outer condition and constructed teacher-self.
