With the popularity of the "learning society", "learning organization" and "lifelong learning" and other concepts, the continuing education for employees has become an important way of social organization to improve staffs’quality and ability.and improve organizational competitiveness. In this context, job training has become a necessary for the healthy development of individuals and organizations. At the same time, training has become tobe one of the important emerging industries of this century. How to organize and mobilize resources, strength of various factors, and continuously improve the quality of training to improve student learning is the must concerned problem of participating organizations and training institutions. This study suggests that environmental image training institutions have a significant impact on workplace learning attitude (cognitive, emotional and behavioral) of students.Based on the three-dimensional definition of "image" of Professor Qin Qi wen’s, "environmental image" is defined as:has its own characteristics, can be perceived by the public, and can make a variety of psychological and behavioral objective existence of natural and man-made impacts on public. According to the scope of training and learning environment, this study will be divided into indoor environment image and outdoor environment image; and the meaning of natural environmental image and man-made environment image of each image; according to the actual situation of Chongqing Sanli vocational training schools, a total cited 23 environmental image factors.July 2014 to March 2015, this survey use questionnaires and case study interviews, collected 266 trainees’datas. Survey data elements related to the importance of training on workplace environment, influence and student satisfaction. Through independent samples T-test and ANOVA for students on gender, education, professional background, the role of the four dimensions of the work carried out statistical analysis, founding the importance of the image of factors influence the four dimensions were significantly or a very significant difference.On student learning attitude, this study analyzed the cognitive, emotional, behavioral three dimensions. Because learning behavior is mainly embodied learning attitude, therefore, this study focused on the investigation of the learning behaviors of students. The study found, consistent with the environmental image of the satisfaction of the situation, compared to other training institutions, Sanli vocational training schools’ training and learning of students showed better learning behavior. By inference, a good environmental image does have a significant impact on students’learning behavior.The study also served on the part of senior management positions in the unit where students were interviewed to explore environmental factors on learning attitude and image of the behavior of the process of learning. Conclusion roughly:First, the participants in the cognitive level, the image of the importance of environmental factors in the formation of a more rational understanding, thereby causing satisfaction, pride, satisfaction and other positive emotional experience at an emotional level, and ultimately lead to a positive learning process behavior.Through the various elements of the importance of environmental image, influence, satisfaction, and the relationship with the students learning attitude and behavior analysis, this study suggests that:training institutions should be organized from the organizational culture and image-building, attention and create their own " image culture ",and focus on extracting the environmental factors that have this body image characteristics, focusing on trainees learning workplace environment Image.
