With the development of postgraduate education in our country, the graduate student enrollment expansion, relationship between teacher and students as the main body of learning problems are prominent, many scholars analyzed the contradictions and problems between tutors and graduate students from the perspective of the relationship between teachers and students. This paper, on the basis of the analysis of previous studies, analysis the relationship between instruction and learning, from the perspective of teacher guidance and students’interaction to explore, to deepen the relationship between the learning content, and in the "inter subjectivity" theory and the theory of "interaction", on the basis of the principles of building the relationship between the learning system, and provide theoretical basis for research and countermeasure analysis.Secondly, based on the current situation, regard East China University of E full-time graduate students as the research object, adopted the hybrid research way, the relationships of learning and instruction, learning objectives, learning content, such as interactive learning effectiveness for research. The study found that, in the East China University of E are elected to ignore matching between teachers and students, teachers and students learning goals are inconsistent, dislocation of learning content, learning separation, poor efficiency questions. To solve these problems, in the perspective of student interviews, in-depth analysis of factors that influence the relationship between learning and instruction from the perspective of system, target inconsistency between teachers and students reflects the goal of cultivating the graduate student education; From the perspective of school, poor teacher appraisal system design of operational, as well as to the teachers and students ignore the problem such as quality control in management; In terms of students, students’ professional knowledge level and the traditional way of learning, maturity, learning interaction; In terms of mentors, mentors methods, guiding concept is also the important factors that affect learning.Thirdly, comprehensive analysis, system should be reasonable academic graduate student training objectives; Schools should strengthen quality management, quality management consciousness should through the work, play a role of supervision and coordination; Students should improve learning view, transformation of the mode of learning and adjust the learning attitude; Tutors should pay more attention to guiding method, guide experience, according to their aptitude, handle good mentor and research the relationship between the characters.
