With the development and popularization of information technology, online training plays a more and more important role in adult education. In order to improve the interpersonal interaction in the process of online training, online discussion is often as an indispensable part in online training. The quality of online discussion directly affects the quality of training. From the large amount of current practices, quality analysis of online discussion has two problems:one is equal "quantity" to "quality", which leads to inferior reliability of the quality analysis and lack of positive guidance for the better development of online learning; the other is that current researches about deep analysis aiming to quality are quite limited because of qualitative analysis’s costs. These researches cannot comprehensively and dynamically analyze massive posts generated in the process of online discussion, but only through random samples to predict the quality of whole sample after training, so that guidance function of quality analysis could not work effectively.This study refers to the analysis idea of big data, focuses on the asynchronous interaction online discussion and based on the analysis in a large number of literature to get a large number of online teacher training data from the Shandong Teachers Remote Training Platform and Open Education College of East China Normal University Teachers Remote Training Platform for research and analysis, construct a quality analysis model of online discussion, design the quality analysis tools, and then embedded it into the remote training platform of East China Normal University, which make a huge contribution to the normal application in real online training so as to the normal, real-time and formation analysis of the quality of whole sample, to achieve accurate prediction and timely intervention. It has become an important tool to enhance the quality of online learning.This paper is divided into six chapters,which discusses the background, research questions, research process, and the research test of this study in detail. The first chapter is about the background and significance of topics, research ideas, research methods, practice platform of the study. The second chapter analyzes the existing problems in online discussion, forming the overall design idea of quality analysis tools for online discussion on the basis of comprehensive analysis and research on the discussion related to the quality of the theory and practice. The third and the fourth chapter, get the corresponding quality analysis factors of online discussion standing on the point of students and teachers,and construct association rules and design the analysis model and interface model of the tool, and finally present the realization effect of the tool after embedding.In the fifth chapter, the writer verifies the application value of tools through the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire text, compared to the discussion quality of which use and not use quality analysis tools, and then summarizes the optimization strategy. The sixth chapter summarizes the innovation of this research, and expounds the lack of the research and it’s future direction.
