Since the 1990 s, our country has entered into the phase of mass education, the ministry of education approval, has promoted to a large number of undergraduate course colleges, and location as the "applied", scholars say this kind of colleges and universities for "new" applied college. Applied undergraduate colleges is: follow the principle of service place, with undergraduate course education is given priority to, to foster the social needed talents as the guidance, outstanding combination of school-running mode, based on the applied professional education, cultivating applied senior specialized talents of universities.To achieve the sustainable development of the new normal, the attentions of the higher education. A good teacher is the key to the development of the school, the development level of higher education, the quality of personnel training and the sustainable development of the school depends largely on the teachers troop of the comprehensive ability. This is what the author studies "new applied undergraduate colleges and universities teachers’ professional development" purposes.This study around the "new applied undergraduate colleges " definition, causes, and the rise of "new applied undergraduate education" concept characteristics and requirements for the particularity of teacher professionalism, at present this kind of colleges present situation and problems of teacher professional development, the foreign teacher professional development mode and the enlightenment to us, through literature analysis, logic analysis, investigation, case analysis and other methods, explore the "new applied undergraduate colleges and universities teachers’ professional development" of the path and strategy.The author respectively from four aspects: factors influencing its development strategy is put forward. One,national policy: countries to give financial support to ensure new applied undergraduate colleges and universities development and teacher professional development; Suitable for applied undergraduate colleges and universities teacher’s promotion system, guide teachers’ development of scientific research to practical application transformation, mobilize their initiative. Two, social aspects: for production-study-research cooperation platform, develop "double type" teachers. Three, school aspects: setting up teacher development center, strengthening the management of professional development, intensify teachers’ professional development and funds support, use of network information platform to promote the school and teacher professional development, establishing the training system of teachers "diversity", introducing talents to accelerate the pace of the teacher professional development. Four, teachers’ personal aspects: strengthening the construction of teachers’ virtue in colleges and universities, improve their own quality, set up professional development consciousness, advocating lifelong learning.This paper discusses the new problems in applied undergraduate colleges teachers’ professional development and put forward the coping strategies, to a certain extent, enriched the new applied undergraduate colleges and universities teacher professional development theory research, has certain practice guidance.
