In order to face the current study pressure, the employment pressure many students and parents choose to participate in after-school classes to improve academic performance to guarantee a good university. Whether it is a city in first-tier cities or second-line, three line or township, extra-curricular guidance has become a universal phenomenon, being accepted. Schoolwork burden is generally heavy, in this case there are still many parents and students to participate in various extracurricular classes, this phenomenon is thought-provoking. This phenomenon rising and growing fastly, it is "steel supply and demand". However, various problems attendant storm drain in front of students and parents such as counselling organization running qualification fuzzy, poor quality education, management is not standardized, utilitarian and so on. Therefore, the research on tutoring phenomenon is imminent, this subject has great research value in theory and practice. What are the causes of tutoring development so good? What are the positive effects and negative effects of tutoring? The relationship between how we reasonably coordinating extracurricular counseling and school education? Deep analysis of this phenomenon of education can help us to discover the existing problems and shortcomings in school education, help teachers and educational administrative departments to reflect on school education, help students and parents to choose the correct understanding and after-school classes, finally to achieve the common objective to improve student performance.This paper used the method of theoretical analysis and practical investigation unifies, conducted a sampletracking in A, B and C this three middle school students in Shijiazhuang city, investigation and research on the middle school students in extracurricularcounselling phenomenon. The results of the study show that, at present, Shijiazhuang city middle school student extracurricular tutorial agencies exist order more confusion, enter a doorsill low, low industrial concentration degree, provide the service quality is uneven and the government regulation is not in place and so on. This in-depth investigation of thepresent situation of middle school students receive tutoring and puts forward the basiccountermeasures to standardize the extracurricular counselling organization.
