At present, elementary and secondary education in China is facing the dual challenge of informatization and globalization. With the development of science and technology and the popularity of mass media, the way people think and learn and their cognitive style are also quietly changing. The traditional class-centered teaching model is difficult to meet the needs of students’ personal learning. Therefore, the change of teaching mode has become inevitable.The making and application of the "J" class micro video is a core project on "the experiment of the way people learn in web environment " in Putuo district. It is designed to carry out this research, to promote the deep integration of information technology and classroom teaching, to meet the needs of students’ personal learning and to bring change on the way the teachers teach and the students learn. It also provides implemented basis for building the teaching practice of "Flipped Classroom" which reflects the full advantage of the network and the multimedia teaching.This article explains the teaching ideas and mode of "Flipped Classroom", it also introduces the research both at home and abroad so that we can understand this teaching mode thoroughly. At the same time, it introduces some consideration on whether "Flipped Classroom" could be used as a kind of new teaching mode, our country’s teaching reform. Through the teaching case and case interview, comparing the traditional teaching mode to "Flipped Classroom" teaching mode, the paper analyzes the positive promoter action to Junior high school students’ learning situation and the teacher’s specialized growth which brought by the junior high school chemistry teaching in this new mode. It also analyzes the applicable condition of the this kind of teaching mode.In this article, the author uses teaching cases to test the practicality of the function of "J classroom" network platform such as the feedback of students’ answer, the situation of students’ complete online questions, discuss ing how to take notes, and so on. Through practical research and statistical analysi s, some suggestions for improvement are put forward in this paper, hoping for better use of the online curriculum resources about "J class".
