Over the years, the university logistics department provides service and guarantee for school teaching, scientific research, academic activities to operate normally. With the rapid development of domestic market economy and the deepening reform of socialization, the management mode of college logistics entity changes to the modern enterprise management model gradually. With the large number, deferent academic qualifications and complicated responsibilities of the logistics department staf f, many universities logistics state of human resources management has many problems. Such as staff liquidity is too large, the brain drain is serious, staffs work enthusiasm is 1 ow and so on.Scientific and reasonable salary system is one of the most important mean s for an enterprise to attract talents and stabilize the team. Even it will bring a positive i mpact on the change of the present situation of human resources management.Thus Log istics of universities must attach the importance to the design of salary system, so as to d o a good job in human resources management and provide a better service for the school ’s teaching and scientific research.The main research methods in this paper are literature induction, combining theory study with case study analysis and combining qualitative analysis with quantitative anal ysis.Under the guidance of theory of modern enterprise salary system, the salary system of JD center which is a typical business sector of XX university are analyzed.Put forwar d the existing problems, then redesign its compensation system to make it more scientifi c and reasonable.Finally forecast the implementation of the new compensation system s o as to provide a valuable reference for changing the human resources present situation i n university logistics entity and adapting to the new time management strategy needs.
